Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

RecruitAny is a driver recruitment service operated by Techserv, MB (company code 308159370, registered office Laisvės al. 85E-5, LT-44297 Kaunas, Lithuania), which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We collect applications from professional drivers and pass them to recruitment agencies and employers in the EU. 2. Data We Collect

When you apply:

• Full name and phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Whether you hold a C or CE licence, Code 95, a tachograph card and ADR — yes/no answers only. We never ask for copies of your documents.
• Which document you hold (EU passport / ID card or a permit) and which country issued it — the agency can only hire EU passport or ID-card holders, so this is a condition of the job (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We ask about the document, never about ethnic origin.
• Work preferences: hours, start time, shifts, weekends, rota, accommodation
• Experience and your current or last employer
• Your answers to the screening questions
• A screening call by our automated voice assistant (an AI): the recording, its transcript and a short summary — so the agency can hear your English and your answers before it calls. The assistant says it is an AI and that the call is recorded at the start of every call.
• A CV, if you add one

Automatically collected:

• IP address and its country (security and abuse prevention)
• Browser and device type
• Whether our call reached you (answered, busy, no answer)
• Pages visited (analytics cookies — only with your consent)

4. How We Use Your Data

• Pass your application on to recruitment agencies and employers in the EU, so they can offer you work
• Call you with an automated voice assistant to check your answers and your English, and then by a recruiter about vacancies that match
• Improve the service using aggregated, anonymised analytics
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data to data brokers or advertisers. Agencies receive your application only to offer you work, as described above. We may receive a fee from an agency when you are placed — you never pay us anything.

5. Data Retention

Applications are kept for 12 months from your last contact with us, then permanently deleted. Applications we cannot place are kept the same way, so we do not call you twice about the same thing.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Erasure — ask us to delete your application ('right to be forgotten')
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV)
• Rectification — correct any inaccurate data we hold
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved
• Object — object to processing based on Legitimate Interest

To exercise any of these rights, email info@recruitany.eu with the subject 'GDPR Request'. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) at vdai.lrv.lt, or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live.

7. Cookies

We use cookies in three categories:

• Strictly Necessary — security cookies for bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Always active, no consent required.
• Analytics — which pages are visited and for how long (anonymised). Enabled only with your consent.
• Marketing — the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells Meta that an application was submitted so its advertising is shown to people like you rather than at random. It never carries your answers, only that a form was completed. Enabled only with your consent, and off entirely if you decline.

You can withdraw or change cookie consent at any time by clicking 'Cookie settings' in the footer.

8. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in EU data centres. Access is limited to the people who match candidates with employers. The call recording is stored with your application and deleted with it.

9. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the application form (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
• Vapi and Twilio — the automated voice assistant and the phone line it calls from; they receive your phone number, your first name and your licence answers for the call, and nothing else (Vapi and Twilio Privacy Policies)
• Vercel / Railway — hosting infrastructure (EU data centres)

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when we add new features or when regulations change. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
