RecruitAny finds and screens drivers for you

How it works

1. 1

You tell us who you need

Which drivers, which countries, how many, from when. You can also write your own screening questions in our form editor.

2. 2

   We run the job ads

Facebook and Instagram ads in each country's language, from your own ad account or from ours. Candidates answer a short form inside the ad.

3. 3

   An assistant calls every candidate

Within hours, in English: licence, Code 95, experience, availability. You get the recording, the transcript and a clear pass / fail.

4. 4

   WhatsApp follow-up

Candidates who pass are asked for their CV on WhatsApp, from your own WhatsApp Business account. Their replies and files land on the candidate's page.

5. 5

You see everything in one place

Every candidate with their answers, call, CV and messages; cost per candidate per country; one click to pass a candidate on to a client office.

Your Facebook and WhatsApp stay yours

• You connect your own Facebook Page, ad account and WhatsApp Business account to RecruitAny once. If you have none, we can run everything from ours.
• We use that access only to do the work above for you: publish your ads, receive your candidates, send and receive WhatsApp messages with them, and show you the results.
• Candidate data is stored securely and handled under the GDPR, kept for 12 months, deleted on request, never sold or shared with third parties, and never used for our own advertising.
• Every automated call introduces itself as an assistant and says the call is recorded. Candidates can ask for their data to be deleted at any time.
• You can disconnect your accounts from RecruitAny at any time; disconnecting removes our access immediately.

Pricing

A monthly subscription for the platform plus a percentage of the ad spend we manage, or a prepaid balance that the ads, calls and messages draw from. Ads can run from your own ad account (Meta bills you directly) or from ours. Write to us for a quote.
